CHICKEN IN MOLE POBLANO

Shredded chicken breast, stewed in traditional homemade Puebla mole, served with sesame seeds


PORK RIB IN GREEN SAUCE

Pork ribs, cooked slowly in clay with green sauce. (May include potatoes, squash, or nopales)


GARLIC MUSHROOMS

Fresh mushroom sautéed in guajillo chili and the delicious seasoning of the house.


POBLANO PEPPER STRIPS

Charred and deveined poblano chili strips, with cream, corn, and panela cheese.
